Triple ROAS is an invite-only workspace for ad teams, at tripleroas.com. This page says what it keeps about the people who use it, why, and who else sees it. "We" means Triple ROAS. Questions go to support@tripleroas.com.
What we keep
Your account. Your name, your email address, the companies you belong to and your role in each. If you set a password, we store a one-way hash of it, never the password itself.
Google sign-in. If you sign in with Google, Google tells us your email address, your name and that the email address is confirmed. We ask Google for nothing else: no contacts, no Gmail, no Drive and no calendar.
Staying signed in. A cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. Failed sign-in attempts are counted by email address and network address for a short time, to stop password guessing.
What you do in the workspace. The pages you open, the clips you watch and export, and the AI steps you run, with your account and network address. Your company's admins can see this activity.
What you add. Footage, sounds, notes, scripts, saved ads and anything else you upload or write. It belongs to the company you made it for.
What we use it for
- Signing you in and showing you the work of the companies you belong to.
- Keeping each person's AI spending inside the limit their admin set.
- Keeping the workspace secure and fixing what breaks.
We do not sell personal data, show ads or track you on other sites. The workspace uses no analytics or advertising companies.
Information from Google
We use the information Google gives us only to sign you in. We do not share it, sell it, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.
Triple ROAS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove Triple ROAS's access at any time on your Google Account's third-party connections page.
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare carries every visit to tripleroas.com and to this site, so it sees your network address.
- Google handles the sign-in when you choose Sign in with Google.
- AI services. When you run an AI step, such as making a video, an image or a voice, the prompt and the files you chose for it go to the service that makes it.
- Your own Claude. When you link Claude Code, your Claude account reads what you ask for from the workspace, under your own agreement with Anthropic.
We share nothing else, unless the law requires it.
Cookies
tripleroas.com sets one cookie that keeps you signed in, and a second one that lasts ten minutes during Google sign-in. Neither is used for advertising or analytics. This site, gettripleroas.com, sets no cookies of its own.
Where it is kept and for how long
Workspace data is kept on our own server. Your account is kept while you have access, and it is switched off when your access ends.
Ask us and we will delete your account, your personal details and your activity records within 30 days. Work you made for a company stays with that company.
Your choices
- To see, correct or delete what we keep about you, email support@tripleroas.com.
- To stop signing in with Google, remove Triple ROAS on your Google Account's third-party connections page.
Security
The workspace only answers over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Each person sees only the companies they were invited to.
Children
Triple ROAS is a work tool for adults and is not meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
